Account Executive

What You’ll Do
As an Account Executive, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our team. Your main responsibilities will include:
   •    Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and help them succeed.
   •    Working with internal teams to ensure campaigns and projects run smoothly and deliver great results.
   •    Managing and presenting regular reports to clients, including performance updates, campaign reviews, and growth opportunities.
   •    Conducting online meetings with clients to discuss strategies and identify new opportunities.
   •    Using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more to support clients’ campaigns.
   •    Gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing areas like paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), eCommerce, and data analytics.

• Successfully met and exceeded assigned targets and KPIs by demonstrating a results-driven approach, maintaining consistent performance, and aligning efforts with organizational goals.

• Effectively utilized skills and resources to achieve desired outcomes, while ensuring high-quality execution and continuous improvement in all assigned tasks and responsibilities.
  
  What We’re Looking For
  We’re open to meeting candidates with 1-2 years of experience in the agency or digital marketing field. If you’re new to the industry but passionate and ready to learn, we’d still love to hear from you!
  
  Skills and Qualifications:
     •    A positive, “never give up” attitude with a hunger to learn and grow.
     •    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and teams.
     •    Self-motivated and able to take initiative without constant supervision.
     •    Enthusiasm for digital marketing and willingness to dive deep into tools and techniques.
     •    Previous experience in client service, account management, or similar roles is a plus.
