Position Details
Job Descriptions
Lead/support development and implementation of Operations Policies, guidelines and related procedures.
Lead Operations Assurance, Policy and Governance unit to achieve the established goals and strategies.
Independent review and investigate any risk & control issues.
Outsourcing Review: Independent review, investigate any risk & control issues and effective identify of key risks, lead/support Operation units not to overdue on annual review.
Operations Policy & Procedure Review: Independent review, investigate any risk & control issues and effective of key risks.
Monthly consolidated control information, analyze and report to T&O Managements.
Central liaison party for Operations.
Review key risks and issues observed from internal & external audits, inspections, compliance testing and control reviews.
Audit Management for internal & external auditors.
Set goals and discuss career development plan with staffs in the unit.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in auditing or risk management, with at least 5 years in Banking Operations.
Comprehensive understanding and experience in banking operations auditing, Operational Risk and Control.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration and/or related academic major.
Professional certification related to auditing, risk management, etc.
Leadership and Management skill.
Written, oral communication and presentation skill.
Good communication in English and Thai (spoken & written)
Interpersonal skill and ability to coordinate individuals and groups.
Analytical, evaluative and problem-solving ability.
