Work closely with Merchandise and Store Operation teams on planning of visual merchandise at stores and its implementation in line with the Company standards.
Provide support to the stores on visual merchandise guidelines.
Work with Graphic Design team on POP planning to ensure that stores’ visual is attractive.
Support the re-zoning of store layout and/or fixtures.
Keep updated on the trend of store design, layout planning and fixtures.
Regularly visit stores (as per a schedule) to examine a store display, give feedback and suggestions to the Store Manager, as well as the Store Operation team.
Provide support to a training on basic visual merchandise/store display for Store Operation and relevant teams.
Support an arrangement of training materials and/or visual merchandise manual.
Work closely with Store Design, Merchandise and Store Operation teams on planning of new store layout, as well as product planning.
Work with the team on the preparation of pattern map and product layout.
Arrange a fixture order list as per timeline set.
Provide support on sales floor preparation according to the schedule and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure that sales floor is maintained as per Muji standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fine Art, Applied Art or any related fields
Minimum 1 year of experience in visual merchandise, window/display design from retail or fashion industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills– demonstrated ability to communicate and work with staff and external stakeholders at all levels.
A logical & systematic thinker.
Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken.
