Evaluate individual and organizational development needs to design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
Be responsible for the success of development plans and supporting employees to make the most of learning opportunities, especially potential successor employees.
Manage budgets and negotiate contracts with suppliers or external trainers.
Oversee training and L&D systematic in long-term.
Lead and deliver technical training to Amcor Flexibles Thailand manufacturing including develop a new company strategy for optimized technical training delivery.
Ensure regulatory compliance of the technical training portfolio and metrics.
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
Design an overall or individualized training and development plan.
Deploy a wide variety of training methods and develop training resources, tools, processes and facilities as appropriate.
Drive suitable training initiatives that build employee retention, productivity and quality by maintaining training delivery records, planning training/assessment activities, assess employee competences, provide training solutions to non-standard training requests.
Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering and Production Leaders in reviewing shop-floor process documentation and optimized training modules.
Build a network with other AFAP training personnel and external academic and industrial partners.
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Manage training records.
Submit documents to the Department of Skill Development.
Be responsible for audit in the training section.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master degree in HR, Education, BA in Business, Psychology or a related fields.
Strong knowledge of effective learning, development methods, and multi-skill.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems.
Good presentation in both Thai and English.
