Job Description:
This role is responsible for the training and professional development of our employees, aligned with business strategy, implement training roadmaps and programs to enculturate excellence in our people, enhance our learning culture for our growing organization. This position will also support all aspects of talent management, including but not limited to new employee orientation & onboarding, talent development, performance management, and leadership development.
- Understand the strengths and weaknesses of organization capabilities through organization assessment and interactions with business leaders and people business partners and establish the mindset of monitoring the changes with organization and individual capabilities after all the department initiatives.
- Work closely with business leaders and management in all functions to identify organizational training needs and training interventions in alignment with workforce strategies for business growth
- Manage the process of end-to-end L&D initiatives including establishing strategy and objectives, develop content, delivery methods, source for vendors, budget, assess effectiveness, measure and benchmark development impact to the business.
- Design and develop the e-learning content and videos tailed to organization need.
- Work on the digitalization of Talent and Learning with the purpose of improving efficiency.
- Manage training record and be able to analyze training data to get insights.
- Participate in all kinds of organization development activities, i.e., engagement survey, competence level, development and succession planning, etc., with the purpose of gathering insights and measuring organization effectiveness.
- Manage the projects or tasks as assigned and required by superior.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources management or related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Learning and development
- Experienced with complex database management skills and large data processing
- Strong project management experience
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Critical thinker, self-motivated, take initiatives and is action oriented
- Flexible to move between projects in a fast-paced environment
