Position: Team Leader

As a Team Leader you are expected to do the following task;

1. Team Leadership :

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the call center team to achieve individual and collective goals.

- Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.

2. Client Acquisition :

- Proactively reach out to potential clients to onboard them . - Develop and implement effective strategies .

3. Team Targets :

- Achieve and exceed monthly targets by implementing strategies and closely monitoring performance.

4. Recruitment and Training :

- Recruit, hire, and train new call center agents.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge, promoting skills, and adherence to company policies.

5. Performance Management :

- Oversee the performance of the team, ensuring all members meet their individual targets and objectives. - Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.

6. Client Relationships :

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

7. Data Management :

- Keep updating and obtaining new data and phone numbers of potential clients to expand our reach and enhance our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a high-performing Tele-promoters team.

- Develop and implement effective strategies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

- Achieve targets and drive revenue growth.

- Coordinate with international teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the forex or financial services

industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of forex trading and market trends.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
