Project Leadership: Work within project and client teams to address complex business issues, using both quantitative and qualitative skills to deliver actionable recommendations and insights.
Workstream Management: Lead and drive project workstreams with minimal supervision to identify and execute value creation opportunities for clients.
Analysis and Recommendations: Develop and execute elements of analysis needed for project delivery, including creating financial or operational models and supervising data analysis.
Client Engagement: Conduct client interviews and workshops, develop presentation materials, and articulate approaches and recommendations effectively.
Focus Areas: Work on corporate strategy development, trading and risk management, operating model design, commercial optimization, investment valuation, financial structuring, balance sheet analysis, energy market liberalization, energy transition, and advanced numerical modeling of energy and commodity markets.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, staying market relevant, and introducing innovative ideas and thought leadership.
Practice Building:
Development: Contribute to the growth of the ATIOS and Accenture Strategy practice by building offerings, assets, and thought leadership.
Business Development: Support internal business development through industry and company-specific research, including competitor analysis, market scanning, and financials. Assist in the development of client proposal presentations.
Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree from a leading academic institution.
Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in strategy consulting within Commodity and/or Capital Markets, or a relevant position in the industry.
Market Knowledge: Understanding of global markets and commodity or capital markets.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industries such as energy, utilities, chemicals, agriculture, metals & mining, public equities, fixed income, and alternatives (e.g., private equity).
Skills:
Quantitative Skills: High comfort with strategy frameworks and strong quantitative skills for financial or operational modeling and data analysis.
Financial Analysis: Experience in business case development, financial analysis, and a solid understanding of financial statements.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with multi-cultural teams to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Digital and Analytics Exposure: Experience with digital, analytics, or applied intelligence is beneficial.
