Lending Process Management and Data Analyst Associate

Day To Day Activities (front-to-back Office Operations)

• Understand and serve the financial needs of our partners (driver/merchant) and users – bringing the best-in-class product through our digital platform via data analytic.
• Work closely with the Regional Data and Product team regarding system improvement and new financial products launch (if any).
• Work closely with TH GrabFin team in order to achieve monthly targets.
• Be able to run data analysis to identify gaps in end-to-end lending process improvement opportunities.
• Design and Develop end-to-end lending process and presentation deck in meetings with regional and business partners.
• Support Credit Risk in terms of data analysis and data validation.

Qualifications

• A recognized Degree qualification, preferably in Business, Finance, Operation Management, Data Analytic or related fields.
• Min. 1 years project management and/or operations excellence roles having retail lending knowledge is a plus.
• High proficiency in MS Office skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Special consideration if have working knowledge of SQL, HTML and Python
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Thai and English
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and prioritization skills.
• Have a strong attention to detail and a lateral thinker that’s able to transform problems into solutions.
• Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
