Your tasks and responsibilities:
As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, AtC - Asia Pacific you will be responsible for:
- Partnership Management:
- Proactively engage and build strategic relationships with APAC global development and global health stakeholders, from initiation to negotiation and signature.
- Assigned portfolios of key accounts can include multilateral development banks, development cooperation agencies of APAC donor countries; impact investors; high-net worth individuals; philanthropies, etc.
- Seeking out and leading active development of opportunities with each account to increase global engagement and order volume.
- Contributing to the progress of Access to Care in a measurable way including short-term goals (ex: increased stakeholder engagement) as well as mid-term business building (new orders growth).
- Regularly and proactively liaising with identified partners; developing and disseminating messaging tailored to key accounts.
- Working closely with the Head of Global Strategic Partnerships, support the development of partnerships and projects for APAC with target partners outside of Asia, in support of programs in Asia.
- Strategic Positioning & Visibility:
- Seek out opportunities for Siemens Healthineers’ engagement and dialogue with identified strategic partners.
- Raise Siemens Healthineers’ profile with assigned partners in Asia Pacific.
- Support the development and dissemination of tailored messaging for assigned partners.
- Support the company’s attendance and interactions at major global events.
- Internal engagement:
- Engage and coordinate with leads from relevant departments in the company (Zones, Business Lines. Government Affairs, etc.)

- Building and managing partnerships with global bilateral and multilateral stakeholders (development banks and other international financing institutions, UN agencies, donor governments, philanthropies, foundations, etc.).
- Understanding and ability to navigate the global health and financing for development spaces.
- Globally connected and able to develop/ expand relationships with key strategic partners, in particular with Asia Pacific based stakeholders.
Your qualifications and experiences:
- Leader with 5 to 10 years of experience in Government Affairs, and/or business & market development, global strategy, external relations, resource mobilization.
- Strong strategic and forward-thinking mindset, with the drive to bring innovation and creativity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to represent Siemens Healthineers to all levels of stakeholders, e.g., ministers, heads of agencies, other high-level officials, etc.
- Knowledge of Asia Pacific development partners is required.
- Experience working directly with global strategic partners preferred.
- Proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint) with an ability to design and conceptualize tailored messages and value propositions.
- Working Location: Indonesia/ Malaysia/ Philippines/ Singapore/ Thailand/ Vietnam (No relocation is required)
