Oversee the Food & Beverage operations to ensure company standards are met
Maintain the food & service standards, and the product knowledge to the highest standard
Ensure maximal revenue and profit are achieved from all sales opportunities
Monitor the weekly food, beverage, variable and wage costs to ensure they are in line with the budget
Work on members’ feedback with the Membership team to ensure the offering of the best members’ experience
Support and assist in the employee life cycle: attraction, recruitment, onboarding, learning and motivation, performance management, retention and separation
Required Skills/Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience as a restaurant manager with a proven track record of leading a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation in a fast paced and demanding environment
Excellence revenue & cost management
Must have excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills
Very good team leader & team player, must have leadership, coaching and staff development experience
Energetic, flexible, collaborative, a proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact
Available on a flexible schedule and being willing to work outside “office hours” (weekends and holidays)
