Exceptional Guest Service Champion: Oversee all aspects of guest experience across F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, room service), ensuring satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
Employee Engagement & Team Leadership: Foster a positive work environment, prioritize employee satisfaction and development, and build a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional guest service.
Menu Development & Management: Collaborate with chefs to curate menus that optimize profitability, cater to target customers, and enhance guest satisfaction.
Beverage & Bar Management: Oversee efficient ordering and purchasing of beverages, bar supplies, and service-related equipment, while implementing cost-control measures to ensure optimal profit margins.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue within F&B outlets (e.g., promotions, happy hour), balancing profitability with guest satisfaction.
Compliance & Training: Ensure adherence to all liquor control regulations and responsible beverage service practices. Provide ongoing training to staff on the hotel's F&B service standards.
Daily Operations Management: Oversee daily F&B operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
Communication & Reporting: Communicate effectively with all levels (staff, colleagues, superiors). Provide regular reports on F&B performance metrics, including sales, costs, profit margins, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum 2 years' experience as Director of Food & Beverage in a 4- or 5-star hotel or minimum 7 years managerial experience in hotel Food and Beverage operations. (preferably in a 5-star hotel)
