Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation under the guidance of senior chefs
• Ensure food quality and adherence to culinary standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Assist in menu costing and inventory management
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in Butchery, Cooking, and Culinary Arts
• Understanding of Food Quality and Food Safety standards
• Familiarity with Food and Beverage Operations
• Experience or interest in Indian cuisine is a plus
• Ability to assist in menu costing
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
