To assist the Restaurant Managers in establishing and achieving desired standards of quality food, service, cleanliness, and promotion.
To assist guests and ensure their experience in F&B outlets is great and an experience to remember.
Responsible for the daily organization of the section.
Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant F&B duties.
Monitor guest service quality constantly in the outlets, ensuring that at all times maximum guest satisfaction is being achieved through guest recognition and prompt cordial attention.
Follow the SO/ brand standards and departmental SOPs.
Qualifications
Current enrollment in a university or educational institution pursuing a degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, food service, or related field.
This internship must fulfill academic requirements mandated by the candidate's school.
F&B Operational focus
Proficiency in French/ English is required.
