Responsibilities:

Leadership Development

• Design a leadership development roadmap and model across all levels, ensuring alignment with business growth.
• Implement and expand leadership learning programs and activities based on organizational and individual needs.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate leadership programs to ensure they meet objectives and function effectively.
• Work closely with managers and stakeholders to customize curricula and develop training materials that address organizational needs.
• Organize leadership events and activities to encourage knowledge application in the workplace.
• Gather feedback on leadership development through surveys, employee interviews, focus groups, and manager consultations.
• Collaborate with Global Talent to align leadership programs, assessments, and development tools.

Facilitate Learning and Development

• Establish and manage professional assessment and learning tools.
• Facilitate and deliver in-house training programs in leadership and people capability development.

Learning and Development Partner

• Collaborate internally to enhance high-impact development programs and continuous learning initiatives that drive regional growth.
• Manage and implement leadership and capability development projects that support overall business and HR strategies.

Other Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional projects, the Edutainment Center, and learning intervention activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource, organizational development, or related field.
• 5 years of direct experience in learning and development, implementation, curriculum design and learning tools .
• 2 years of work experiences in Leadership or soft skills development.
• Familiar with manufacturing environment
• Self-motivated and hungry to work hard; willing to change
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively with the organization
• Facilitating skills and ability to conduct learning or knowledge sharing sessions.
• Instructional design or development journey design based on 10:20:70 model.
