Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HRIS modules for our Thailand entity.
• Collaborate with local HR and business stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Collaborate with the global HRIS Oracle (functional and technical) team from conception to go-live.
• Translate HR and business requirements into workable on-system solutions, whilst maintaining consistency of processes and procedures already defined within the system for other jurisdictions.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion HRIS applications during implementation.
• Develop system documentation, training materials, and provide end-user training as needed.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to HRIS

Eligibility Requirements

• Prior experience implementing HR technology within a medium to large enterprise.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices and employment legislations in Thailand
• Proven experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM modules is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations, data migration, and reporting tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving.
• Cohesive and inclusive communication style and work approach.
• Project management and change management experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Thai.
• Bachelor’s degree.
