Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HRIS modules for our Thailand entity.
Collaborate with local HR and business stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Collaborate with the global HRIS Oracle (functional and technical) team from conception to go-live.
Translate HR and business requirements into workable on-system solutions, whilst maintaining consistency of processes and procedures already defined within the system for other jurisdictions.
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion HRIS applications during implementation.
Develop system documentation, training materials, and provide end-user training as needed.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to HRIS
Eligibility Requirements
Prior experience implementing HR technology within a medium to large enterprise.
Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices and employment legislations in Thailand
Proven experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM modules is a plus.
Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations, data migration, and reporting tools is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving.
Cohesive and inclusive communication style and work approach.
Project management and change management experience is a plus.
Fluent in English and Thai.
Bachelor’s degree.
