In This Role, You’ll Get To:
- Engage proactively with markets on a regular basis to understand gaps, inefficiencies, or areas of improvement in CRM or other internal business tools with the aim of increasing adoption
- Collaborate with internal Product team, external vendor to build solutions addressing these identified needs
- Process optimization of existing business flows through innovation and automation to improve performance and efficiency metrics
- Lead large-scale projects with global impact
- Analyze data and provide insights reports based on user data, facilitating more informed business decisions by stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day queries from regional teams
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Master degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in analytics and operations management (5 years+)
- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience of independently leading mid-large scale global projects ranging of various complexity while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Technical Mindset: Strength in managing business tools and CRM sites. Must be adept in SQL, Excel, VBA, and Tableau.
- Data & Analytical Skills: Can utilize data skills to interpret complex datasets, transforming them into actionable insights which can help stakeholders make better informed decisions, ensuring our CRM system aligns strategically with business objectives
- Strong Communication Skills: Is proactive in relaying information to stakeholders. Capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively to a diverse audience. Comfortable with both written and verbal communication
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with stakeholders across different levels and locations. Ability to understand and manage expectations and requirements effectively
- Proactive and Fast-Paced: Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, responding quickly to changes and challenges, and driving initiatives forward. Can prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ownership Mentality: A self-starter who takes full ownership of their domain, ensuring that issues are not just identified but also resolved
It’s Great if you Have:
- Experience using ‘HubSpot’ tools is a plus
- Experience with Python is a plus
- MBA or Masters in a quantitative subject (e.g. computer science, mathematics, engineering, science, economics or finance)
- Asian market experience
- Travel industry / e-commerce / tech / consulting experience
