Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for software, hardware, processes, and procedures.
Proofread and edit documents for grammar, style, and accuracy.
Test and validate documentation against software/hardware functionality.
Collaboration:
Work closely with software developers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand documentation requirements.
Participate in planning and review meetings to understand project scope and timelines.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Ability to understand and convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in using technical documentation tools and software.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field.
Experience in a development environment, preferably in software, IT, or engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with API documentation tools like Swagger or Postman.
Basic knowledge of programming languages or scripting.
