Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for website optimization.
• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Perform technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for website improvements.
• Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and images, for improved visibility.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs and SEMrush.
• Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies.
• Track and report on SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
• Provide recommendations for website architecture, URL structure, and internal linking.
• Stay abreast of emerging SEO techniques and tools and implement them as appropriate.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role in a digital agency or marketing department (Inhouse).
• In-depth knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Experience with website optimization techniques, including on-page and off-page SEO.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms (preferred).
