Job Scope:
- Co-lead the implementation of OFSAA solutions, with a focus on OFSAAI, OFSFTP and OFSPFT modules.
- Collaborate with technical and functional to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
- Work with development team to design, develop, test, and deploy OFSAA data management solutions.
- Ensure Platform Reliability by Oversee the operation of OFSAA
- Incident Management: Handle incident raised in financial applications, followed by in-depth post-incident analysis and reporting.
- Automation & Monitoring: Develop and manage automated solutions for monitoring.
- Collaboration with related teams to ensure platform changes and improvements needs of business user.
- Work with vendor for solution design, integration and implementation of OFSAA solution.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (optional) in a relevant field, such as Information Systems, Financial Engineering with a focus on technology management, can be an advantage.
2. Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of the OFSAA products domain on two or more of the following: Finance Performance Management (ALM, PFT, FTP, Cash Flows etc),
- Strong understanding of data management principles and practices in the financial services
- Knowledge and experience in OFSAA data model and architecture.
- Understanding of platform reliability principles, including system uptime, availability, redundancy, failover mechanisms, and disaster recovery for banking systems.
- Familiarity with incident management processes, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and monitoring and performance optimization tools
- Understanding of SLAs, Monitoring & Incident Management in OFSAA applications
- Understanding in server management, databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server), and scripting (e.g., Shell, PL/SQL).
3. Experience
- Experience in implementing OFSAAI, OFSFTP, OFSPFT and GL RECON modules for banking
- Experience in working with vendor for solution design, integration and implementation of OFSAA
- Experience with Oracle Database, SQL
- Strong solution deployment experience.
- Experience in Requirements Analysis, Solution Design, Test Cases development, Solution Validation & User Training.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) as well as hybrid or on-premises environments used in financial institutions.
- Experience in platform monitoring, alerting, and performance management tools to ensure continuous availability of mission-critical financial services.
4. Soft Skills
· Analytical & Problem-Solving:
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, particularly in complex, distributed banking environments.
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis for incidents affecting financial services, ensuring that underlying issues are addressed and resolved promptly.
· Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Ability to clearly communicate with internal and external regarding OFSAA technical, functional, platform health, incident, and system reliability.
