Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead Projects: Drive end-to-end development of dashboard, analysis, report, and datamart.

• Business Impact: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, prioritize projects, and deliver measurable outcomes.

• Technical Excellence: Mentor junior/mid-level team members, provide actionable feedback, and solve technical challenges, including exploring new methodologies.

• Process Improvement: Optimize workflows, reduce costs, and lead Business Intelligence initiatives to enhance team performance.

• Stakeholder Management: Effectively run meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis, with a proven track record of leading projects, mentoring team members, and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

• Proven track record of using data insights to influence business outcomes, including revenue growth, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.

• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements, define objectives, and create solutions that directly impact decision-making and strategy execution.

• Exceptional problem-framing and critical-thinking skills to address technical challenges.

• Experience leading projects, managing risks, and prioritizing resources effectively.

• Proven expertise in building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, or similar tools) that are user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with stakeholder requirements, performing data analysis to support decision-making and insight interpretation, and designing and deploying datamarts to optimize data structures for business reporting.

• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for large-scale data processing.

• Expertise in translating analytical findings into clear, impactful recommendations for executives and teams.
