Site Support Manager (Utility & Facility) - Pak Chong based

Key Responsibilities

• Site Utilities Operation performance in term of reliability of Utilities supply, Utilities asset management, maintenance cost control & also compliance regarding to legal & regulatory.
• Electricity receiving & distribution system
• Air compressor & compressed air system
• Boiler & steam supply system
• Chiller & HVAC system
• Water treatment plant
• WWTP system
• LPG storage & vaporizer system
• CAPEX projects related to Utilities system, facilities & Infrastructure assets in term of upgrading, obsoletion & additional capacity to support business growth
• Engineering Spare part Inventory control, efficiency of inventory stock & availability
• Site Hard & Soft Services Overview Performance governance for the service provider company regarding to monthly performance, overview budget control & also saving initiative delivery with the key scope of services below.

• Leading Site Sustainability in a Generation (SiG) agendas follow Regional / Global SiG community recommendation & guideline with key focus below.
• Being SiG Lead role, which is the Site SPOC between regional SiG community & Site team in term of SiG priorities & target setting, performance updating & also SiG Playbook updating.
• Set & align Energy intensity (GJ/T) & Water intensity (m3/T) target with regional team
• Trace & consolidate SiG period performance together with gaps & opportunities for improvement and communicate to the associates in every period
• Report SiG Period performance to the SiG Regional community in order to summarize Regional SiG performance
• Update SiG performance in the SiG quarterly review session with Senior leadership team
• SM CAB Projects execution to support SiG target delivery follow every year’s target.
• Regarding to the Site Coordinator scope; ensure & governance all site coordinating activities are well facilitated and organized through the effective communication - The business meetings, Site level communication, Leadership team meetings, Global/Regional visits

Job Specifications/ Qualifications:

1) Education & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in mechanical, Electrical or Industrial engineering

2) Knowledge and Skills

• More than 5 years experiences in term of managing Utility System in the industry scale
• Minimum 3 years experiences in Big Scale Project management experiences related with building & facilities, Utilities Equipment or Energy Conservation projects
• Minimum 3 years in People Management / People Leader role
• Experiences in Hard / Soft services providing in the Industrial level
• Hands-on experience in machine troubleshooting is essential
• Skill & experiences in Preventive Maintenance & CMMS program
• MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD
• Have good presentation skills
• Be a team player with good communication
• Be fluent in English language (spoken and written)
