Conduct on site system installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
Assist customers to use MKS equipment smoothly
Preliminary contact for all of customers’ system problems
Provide professional service to achieve the best customer satisfaction & loyalty.
Effectively implement daily service task by following the defined process and follow up till closure
Build up and maintain good customer relationships
Reporting to Regional service manager
What will you bring to the team
At least 5 years of Flex/HDI PCB or Laser hardware service experiences
At least university qualifications in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering
Has the flexibility to travel domestically and regionally as required
Good communication skill, customer oriented, able to prioritize and follow through tasks, work under pressure, able to work flexible hours and overtime if required
Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to communicate and write technical reports in English
