Responsibilities

• Ensure to achieve sales target and sales development as annual plan.
• Responsible for product line under responsibilities and as assigned.
• Manage existing customer and find new customer to achieve sales target as assigned.
• Ensure that all customer processes are performing to the customer's satisfaction in terms of quality and efficiency including cost control.
• Implement the continuous process improvement to meet or exceed customer expectation in term of quality and efficiency.
• Provide timely, thorough and professional response to any existing problem in the customer process.
• Responsible to conduct introduction of new products to customer including training and presentation.
• Provide technical support and share information among sales team.
• Recommend quality or process improvement measure to immediate superior.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales or Chemical Engineering
• 3+ years of relevant experience in the chemical industry
• Strong negotiation/communication skills
• Proficiency in English is perferred
• Interpersonal skills
