What You Will Do

• Lead capital project execution (typically ~1M USD/year) ensuring delivery on-time, within scope and budget

• Create and review project scope, cost estimates, and proposals for CAPEX approval

• Manage engineering design work in collaboration with consultants and global engineering teams

• Supervise installation, control system programming, and commissioning

• Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout construction

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Project Engineers (with team expansion planned)
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical Control Automation

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in food, beverage, chemical manufacturing, or engineering firms

• Proven hands-on experience managing CAPEX projects from concept to commissioning

• Proficient in MS Project, SAP, AutoCAD, and other engineering/project planning tools

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Willing to travel frequently to multiple plant sites
