To provide local support to manage the store construction on time, on cost and quality.
Liaising with internal stake holders, vendors and Landlord and mall team to provide and co-ordinate the required information for smooth execution of the project. Starting form Real estate team to evaluate the store locations and address the expected challenges. Doing the site survey for and coordinating with design team for design co-ordinations. Followed by bidding for the project and provide the cost working for the store aligning with approved budget and call out for any challenges. Following MEP standards of the market and do review and submitting of the required details as required for local (Landlord/Mall/Govt. etc) approvals.
Timely co-ordination and weekly tracking for the project execution. Reporting the status to the necessary stake holders. should do necessary site visits to evaluate the work progress and co-ordinate with the vendors as required. To do checklist for the store. and provide timelines for correction and hand over to BE team for merchandizing.
Up on completion should submit the project closure report to SP&C Cluster lead. To submit final cost, as built drawings and final report.
Requirements:
Degree in architectural/Engineering or interior design with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar function, working for premium apparel company.
Very good knowledge of AutoCAD/REVIT. 3D knowledge is an asset.
Knowledge of commonly used modeling and rendering ((e.g. SketchUp, 3ds Max) software is an asset.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Accurate and eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, especially good English to converse with Regional team.
Able to work with tight deadlines.
Organized and flexible.
