Job Description

1. Electrical Installation Supervision

• Oversee the installation of electrical components, including photovoltaic (PV) modules, inverters, transformers, and switchgear.

• Assist in planning and scheduling electrical installation activities to meet project deadlines.

• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to resolve technical and operational challenges.

2. Inspection & Compliance

• Conduct inspections to ensure electrical works adhere to approved designs, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Verify compliance of all installations with local electrical codes, standards, and industry best practices.

3. Quality Assurance & Documentation

• Maintain quality assurance records, including inspection reports, test results, and punch lists.

• Prepare as-built electrical drawings and documentation for project handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, with at least 2 years in solar EPC projects.

• Proven track record in managing site-based electrical construction and commissioning activities.

• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, particularly related to solar PV systems, inverters, and substations.

• Proficiency in engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, PVsyst).

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is preferred.
