Carry out reservoir engineering studies for supporting PTTEP's operating assets. e.g. field optimization, reservoir simulation, etc.
Perform field evaluations for new ventures
Carry out field development plans for new projects
Supervise junior reservoir engineers in monitoring joint-venture assets
Review and construct technical processes / guidelines for the Reservoir Engineering Department. e.g. new venture evaluation process, well test guideline, reserve estimation guideline, etc.
Review resource and reserves that are provided by joint-venture operators or other operating assets
Review field life development plan (FLDP) of different projects
Supervise and coach junior reservoir engineers
Plan development programs for young reservoir engineers and to monitor their competency development
Professional Knowledge & Experiences
10 years of work experience in petroleum engineering, reservoir engineering, and well production optimization
Bachelor's or advanced degree in petroleum engineering, reservoir engineering, or other discipline of engineering or physical science
Work experience on a project in the gulf of Thailand will be a plus.
Fluent in both written and spoken English
