Cost Control Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate with other Discipline/Department to collect the information for preparing change order proposal including update change order register and additional work order list.
• Prepare the budget and rolling forecast for the assigned projects.
• Prepare Cost report (Inclีuded Coordinate, Collect, Monitor Data, Analysis, and Finalize Cost Report.
• Provide Financial or Other reports as assigned.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Immediate Supervisor.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related fields.
• Have more than 2 years in QS or Cost Engineer Position or related job functions.
• Basic understanding of contract formation and ability to identify variations / claims.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty and ethics.
• Good for Speaking, Writing, and Reading of English.
• Familiar with MS Office software e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
