Analyze and understand ECU functional requirements
Create a test case/scenario to validate the ECU requirements
Execute the test on the HIL environment
Create test report with analysis of fail results
Report test results to team and customer via e-mail or regular scrum meetings
Perform peer review test results with other team members
Develop inhouse tools to support test execution
Support other tasks, follow the test leader or assigned manager's instructions
Recommending ideas to improve test process
Work as a member of the global team
Key Attributes:
Excellent education with professional qualifications in the field of Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Engineer or other related fields
3 to 7 years of experience in the automotive or Software Testing fields is required
Good understanding of testing concepts, practical experience working with HiL systems (dSpace systems preferred)
Experience in design and development of Functional Tests
Good know-how about Automotive Communication Protocols, specifically CAN.
Automotive Domain preferred, able to understand Simulink models, need not have working experience in Simulink
Proficiency in CAPL and Python programming to control CAN message is preferred
Working knowledge of CAN frame and CAN transmission e.g. Acknowledge bit, CheckSum
Working knowledge of Electric motor or Charging system is an advantage
Working knowledge of electrical circuits, components, and instruments is an advantage
Experience working in a TEAM with go-getter attitude
Good English Skills. German language skills will be advantage.
Solution-oriented, analytical thinking and good communication skills.
ISTQB Certification (Basic Level) would be added advantage
