Senior R&D Testing Engineer (Computer & Networking Business)

Responsibilities:

•Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.

•Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools.

•Collaborate with design engineers and project leader to understand features and technical implementation.

•Collaborate with manufacturer team to conduct product testing on the production line and ensure quality standards are met.

•Continuously improve test procedures and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and overall productivity.

•Analyze test results and provide feedback to improve product quality.

•Maintain and update testing documentation and procedures.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.

•Proven experience in product testing, preferably in electronics or power supply systems.

•Solid proficiency in computer programming, especially for test automation (e.g., C#, Python, C/C++)

•Familiarity with communication protocols such as GPIB, USB, RS232, CAN, SPI or I2C.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

•Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
