Service Engineer - Infinite Control Co., Ltd.

Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for maintaining the stability of the client's automatic control system in part of PLC, HMI, and SCADA including other systems related to systems that require maintenance such as measuring instruments, electrical cabinets, software, and others either it is a project that the company has already completed, or it is an existing system of the client as per the maintenance agreement contract between company and client.

2. To be Responsible for being the first person to contact client when their control system has problems and need to provide service to return the system to normal operation or being the first person to check the problem and fix it if it is not beyond ability or to collect aggregated data, summarize the cause and forward information to other personnel in the engineering department to call for help in solving the problem.

3. Performs Preventive and Maintenance servicing, for testing, inspections, and repairs on a variety of equipment including PLC, electrical equipment, HMI, SCADA, instrument, software, by using PM checklists.

4. Plans and organizes the control system breakdown reduction all component system reliability improvement and preventive Maintenance Plan & Inspection by monthly, yearly schedules as per contract to ensure that client's control system operates efficiently.

Qualifications

1. Degree in Control Engineering, Automation Engineer, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineer, Computer Science or equivalent.

2. Minimum 1-3 Years’ experience in PLC, HMI, SCADA system design and engineering (Conceptual, FEED, Detail design.

3. Deep understanding of basic control process, instrument measurement, sensor, and motor control.

4. Have basic knowledge of programming languages such as VB, VB.net, C#, Python and have basic knowledge of Database, SQL Query.

5. Have a good attitude in automation control work.
