The Day-to-day Activities
- Pitch & win clients for GrabAds & Marketing campaigns (60% Hunting / 40% Farming)
- Build & maintain high-level media buying relationships with direct clients and media agencies
- Pipeline management: Build pipelines, deal-closing planning, sales forecasting, and managing sales reports with business KPIs
- Run local Pitches & RFPs and Joint-Business Plans (JBPs) with key partners
- Work together with the Campaign Planner to design creative marketing campaigns utilizing the Grab ecosystem
- Work together with the Account Manager to make sure that campaigns run smoothly with a service level of excellence
- Achieve quarterly individual and team revenue targets
Qualifications
We are looking for a person who has positive energy with a can-do attitude. Passionate about digital advertising and creative marketing ideations.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of digital media sales experience in Thailand, with experience working with and selling to senior marketing leaders on both the agency and brand sides.
- Experienced managing clients from (but not limited to) the Automotive, Tech/Telco, Beauty, Financial, and Healthcare industries.
- You have previous sales forecasting experience.
- You have a proven track record of delivering against targets on a quarterly basis under an incentive scheme.
- Analytical with strong bias for data-based decisions
- Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast paced environment
- Strong experience using these tools: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Email, GoogleDrive, Salesforce (a plus), PowerBI (a plus)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to transmit across different level stakeholders
- Thai nationality. Fluent in Thai and Strong communication skills in Business English
