Translate business data into a marketing approach and ideate marketing campaign initiatives and creative strategies
Plan and develop marketing campaigns and related activities based on strategic initiatives for increasing brand awareness, user engagement, number of active customers, sales, revenue, and other related KPIs
Develop, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to meet marketing goals, finding effective ways to improve performance
Develop and implement relevant KOL plan that align with campaign goals and brand values to enhance visibility and credibility
Oversee market trends and competitors for building long term and short-term marketing campaign strategies
Research user needs and analyze for establishing humanized, entertaining, and creative activities

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related
Minimum 3 years marketing experience in banking / financial industry / FMCG / Retail / Advertising Agency
Experience in managing campaigns or projects management & budgets
Result oriented and record of initiating projects & activities
Understanding of marketing funnels, analytics, and marketing strategie to create & lead creative and fast-moving projects
Ability to meet deadline, self-management skills and the ability to handle tasks with speed and accuracy
Has experience supervising team members and good team player, fast Learner, flexibility and service mindedness
