Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop data tracking & actionable strategy through in-depth analysis and data mining to support business areas regarding strategic initiatives, customer segmentation, sales performance, incentive, contributing to business insight and decision-making
• Example: Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and develop models/frameworks to evaluate customer segments, identify potential growth area, like cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and determine effective strategy to execute
• Organize and coordinate cross-functional teams in term of to understand business needs and define objectives, as well as to communicate/present complex analytical results, initiatives, or recommendations in a clear and easy-to-understand
• Set, execute, monitor KPI metric and proposing strategic improvements to increase effectiveness in driving results
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards to track KPIs and effective evaluation of business performance, and providing valuable decision-making suggestions
• Synchronize and lean data processes by conducting development of routine and ad-hoc data reports, centralize and convert to automatic

Qualifications & Experience:

• Passionate number-cruncher with excellent data analytical skills with strong business acumen
• Simplifying sense & presentation skills with ability to interpret complex context to engage cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong proficiency in Excel and BI/data analytics area. BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik are a plus
• Comfortable with working with multi-sources data and well-organize & centralize data processing
• Professional in English language, both written and orally
• Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, results and goal-oriented with high level of ownership
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, LLM
• SQL with Datawarehouse’s how-to-use
