Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development: Cultivate and enhance relationships with key partners to expand supply coverage and quality through strategic and technical initiatives.
Technical Integration: Collaborate with partners to implement and optimize API connections, ensuring seamless connectivity and operational flow.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business strategies to achieve market growth, working closely with internal product and marketing teams and strategic stakeholders.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and risks, guiding the adjustment of strategies accordingly.
Performance Management: Monitor partner performance and collaborate on innovative solutions to enhance mutual outcomes.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in account management or similar roles, with a focus on B2B travel or related sectors.
Technical Skills: Understand high level API management and integration; experience with data analytics tools like SQL, Python, or equivalent is advantageous.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Analytical Ability: Proven track record of using data to drive decisions and optimize processes.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the attractions, tours, or activities domain is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of the APAC travel market specific to attractions and activities.
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
