The Sales Manager - MDO APJ is the primary sales responsible for Multidisciplinary Oncology (MDO) portfolio including but not limited to our Digital Oncology Software and Advanced Oncology Solutions.
The MDO Digital Oncology portfolio includes Digital Oncology Solutions such as ARIA CORE MOBILE™, ARIA STM™, Noona™, and Insightive NextGen Analytics™. The Advanced Oncology Solutions (AOS) portfolio is a range of professional and clinical services to drive customer's oncology workflow efficiencies and assist in new technology adoption. Together these solutions help our customers better serve their oncology patients.
- Through collaboration and coordination with the Varian Country and Account Managers is responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory of the APJ Region.
- This sales leader will build and manage relationships with current customers, identifies new customers and develops relationships for the purpose of selling assigned Varian products.
- Under minimal supervision, performs all sales functions in assigned territory, including: analyzes territory for sales potential; develops and implements effective sales strategies; maintains appropriate level of territory coverage; plans and executes effective sales calls; schedules and performs product demonstrations; manages the sales order/quotation process; serves as a consultative resource to customers; achieves superior level of overall customer satisfaction; provides regular customer and market feedback to company.

- Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: Email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) and 6 - 8 years of related oncology, digital solutions, or consulting services sales experience.
- Must be authorized with passport and visa eligibility to travel throughout the APJ region approximately 50 - 70% of the time. The APJ region encompasses Japan, South Korea, Australia, SE ASIA, and India.
- Working Location: Malaysia/ Philippines/ Singapore/ Thailand (No relocation is required)
