Collaborate with local sales teams and management to determine necessary strategic sales approaches within specific markets.
Maintain and expand the CRM database of current and future prospects. All communication, customer data and sales activity to be captured within CRM.
Manage cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead. Emphasize product/service features/benefits, and overall program terms. Overcome objections and ensure follow-up by passing leads to sales teams with task generation tracking within our CRM system. Measure and track follow-up.
Set up and deliver sales/marketing messages through telephone and/or online methods to customers to improve their knowledge of products/offerings.
Look for opportunities to cross-sell and/or up-sell situations to gain sales commitments.
Be the conduit into the sales teams to manage any customer issue that cannot be solved via phone or online communication method. Track and close out tasks to completion.
Coordinate customer training as necessary.
Assist sales teams in managing market intelligence through external data and/or field supplied data to validate market dynamics.
Qualification
Minimum bachelor degree in any field.
Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience (paints, coatings or resin products is a plus)
Good presentation, negotiation, systematic thinking and positive attitude.
Leadership skill is required.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS office and computer technology
