Position Details

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Management, identify, develop and expand through business networks domestically, and key strategic partners
  • Identify and Focus the key clients on target groups by following the company services and products
  • Build and sustain a strong relationship among clients
  • To follow up and develop close relationship with clients and review their needs and requirements regularly in order to close deals
  • Implement product launch and promotions in company business with speed and excellence
  • Represent the company at industry tradeshows and events
  • Create greater customer awareness of the services in all areas of responsibility, through visits plan and presentations to individual clients and seminar groups, including subsequent follow-ups.
  • Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new business opportunities
  • Manage the introduction/launch of new products with particular following marketing global portfolio
  • Analyzes and explore business and market trends and stays updated about existing competitors’ developments taking place in the industry
  • Follow up on business leads from business development coordinator, direct mail, assessors and other sources that may indicate potential business.
  • Ensuring that the information that comes back from the Regions or other business centres is shared with the relevant local staff.
  • Drive and support the development business in the country region working with the Global project team relating to material creation, platform tools, capacity building programs and new products for clients
  • Be a champion of BSI culture and values and a its voice with our sales community.
  • Maintain the highest level of integrity, compliance and ethical culture with a no tolerance approach to any potential breach
  • To be BSI Brand Ambassador

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills is a must
  • Strong business sense, excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience in the Certificate Body industry is a plus
  • Familiarity to working within a matrix organization
  • Managerial in the section and scope of sale and marketing works.
