Regulatory Responsibilities:

• Support regulatory compliance efforts by researching and interpreting relevant laws and
• regulations.
• Assist in preparing regulatory filings, reports, and documentation as required for projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Assist in monitoring regulatory changes and assessing their impact on business operations.
• Responsible to reach out to third-party Consultant for product compliance and obtaining
• quotation and lead time on the approval.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates and any issues that need resolving.
• Maintain and update regulatory files/database, including reports, licenses, permits and
• certificates for internal record keeping.
• Report the compliance progress to the manager accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any fields or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in trade operations, regulatory affairs, or related fields is preferred in similar industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good command in English.
