What will I be doing?
As the Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Ensure that the designated areas are properly and regularly cleaned.
- Knowledgeable of the location of outlets and other facilities in order to correctly direct guests.
- Ensure that supplies are properly stocked in the restrooms.
- Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile.
- Offer all possible assistance to guests and respond to guests’ requests.
- Maintain all equipment in good working condition.
- Keep storeroom neat and in good order.
- Report any damage of carpet or furniture, etc. for immediate repairs, reporting promptly and following up on urgent repair issues.
- Deliver high quality services to guests.
- Adhere to the hotel’s cleaning and maintenance programs, maintain a clean work area.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Adhere by the hotel’s policies and procedures, Hilton code of business conduct and the hotel’s team member handbook, security and emergency policies and procedures.
