Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, resources, and timelines.
• Communicate project status updates regarding milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving conflicts.
• Define and create project scope, plans, goals, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, manage changes, and identify risks.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget, and high-quality project delivery.
• Maintain relationships and lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support.
• Align project goals with business objectives.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights, ensuring technical solutions meet goals.
• Prepare project reports and use data for decision-making.
• Build and motivate project team members to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the EdTech or technology sector.
• Understanding of AI technologies and their applications in education.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in project management are a plus.
• Experience in inspection processes and logistics management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing project demands.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Proficiency in Thai and English for effective communication with local and international teams.
