Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Track tasks and action items, ensuring accountability among team members and stakeholders.
- Act as the central point of coordination for cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and external partners.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate regular project updates, meetings, and status reports with all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to address roadblocks and ensure seamless communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across departments to align goals and priorities.
Process Adherence & Alignment
- Ensure all projects adhere to established processes, timelines, and best practices.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and potential delays, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with the department’s strategic objectives.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into project progress.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in OTT, technology, or media industries.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while ensuring attention to detail.
- Knowledge of OTT platforms, digital media, or technology trends is a plus.
