Assist the Product Management team with day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing documents, creating and distributing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Prepare relevant product documents, presentations and handling simple product enquiry.
Maintain and update MIS data to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Able to generate and distribute regular reports, presentations, and dashboards as required.
Assist in data entry, verification, and management of product-related information.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights that support product management decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other data analytic tools to create, edit, and manage documents, reports and presentations.
Prepare professional reports, spreadsheets, charts and visualizations for internal and external use.
Collaborate with the product management and relevant teams to develop data-driven solutions and recommendations.
Take initiative to learn new skills, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision, while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Contribute ideas and solutions to improve administrative processes and team efficiency.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to support overall business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Good command of spoken and written English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other data analytic tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
