This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS and IoT market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis. The successful candidate will manage product performance from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve desired financial and performance outcomes.
- Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and customer needs
- Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials
- Customer Focus: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and validate product concepts. Use customer insights to drive product improvements and innovation
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance
Experience Sought:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, product development processes, and go-to-market strategies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
