Job Description:

• Analyze data of SME/ Retail customer behavior and market trends through various data to understand customer needs, to assist in develop segment insights.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards/reports (e.g., segment penetration, Segment CSAT, segment growth, new segment share of wallet, market benchmark, target business with high-level KPIs) to help manage segment performance targets.
• Communicate KPI and insights to Product and Channel teams to align integrated Channel & Product experiences with segment strategy and facilitate segment-based insight as input for product strategy, design and sales and servicing decisions.
• Provide assistance in the publication of a variety of reports, both within and outside the bank.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields with data analysis skills or training, including Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Proficient in data analytics related programming languages, particularly SQL. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a position related to hands-on big-data analysis.
• Skilled/experienced in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken. Logical thinking and problem-solving skill.
• Proficient in using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Banking ( SME or Retail Strategy, Finance, Marketing Strategy, Business Development, Sales Management, or related fields).
