Organization Capability Coordinator
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
1. Work with related functions across organization in strategically developing an organization structure and workforce planning which effectively drive a desired organizational behaviors and enable strategic business plan towards its desired objectives and goals.
2.Conduct job analysis, job description and job evaluation which allows employees to clearly understand their roles and responsibilities and organization to derive the expected outcomes.
3.Work closely with Line managers, HRBP, HR CoE to ensure the organization structure, job description, job evaluation being executed properly.
4.Manage shared services between Thaioil and its affiliates to promote synergistic efforts within Thaioil Group
5.Conduct related research, benchmarking, analytics, trends through various methods to analyze and develop organization design solutions and initiatives.
