Develop, recommend and support omni-channel sales strategies to enhance customer engagements, leveraging digital technology to great superior customer experience.
To execute customer engagements aligning with digital strategy and brand objectives, conduct content plan, and strategy to serve individual customers’ preference, monitor, analyze digital data engagement as well as provide suggestion for digital content and plan to achieve business improvement.
Take lead in identifying digital trends and customer insight that relevant department (commercial, medical, training) to propose key digital strategy match with business objectives.
What You Bring To Takeda
Bachelor or master’s degree in related field
3+ years in pharmaceutical field are preferable
Familiarity with the business application of social media platforms (Facebook, Youtube, Line, SEO, etc.)
Web design with knowledge of HTML-5 and photoshop
Good command and presentation in English
