Coordinate promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and special events to drive product visibility and sales.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of promotions, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Enhance brand awareness and equity for the women's fashion category through various marketing channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, influencer collaborations, PR).
Develop and manage the marketing budget for the women's fashion category, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
Initiative and create campaign to support category and return to sale.
Media Strategy Development / Campaign Planning and Execution / Conceptualize: plan, and execute media campaigns, including print, digital, social media, and influencer collaborations, while ensuring brand consistency and message cohesion
Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and engaging media content, including advertisements, visuals, and copywriting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
Proven experience 7 years in fashion marketing or a related field, with a focus on women's fashion products.
Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape in the women's fashion industry.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data to make informed decisions and drive marketing strategies.
Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team, fostering a positive work environment, and driving team performance
Fashion Retail Knowledge: Familiarity with the fashion retail market, its target audience, and the unique challenges and opportunities in the fashion industry
