Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance visibility and engagement for The Black Sea and its roster of artists.
- Utilize market insights to identify trends and opportunities within the K-pop and SEA markets.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, SEO efforts, and social media initiatives to drive audience growth and brand recognition.
2. Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all platforms and campaigns.
- Manage the organization’s public relations and oversee the creation of marketing materials.
3. Partnership Development
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with media outlets, influencers, brands, and other stakeholders to expand our artists' reach.
- Negotiate and secure partnerships that align with The Black Sea’s objectives and enhance our market presence.
4. Content Promotion
- Collaborate closely with artists and creative teams to promote their music, performances, and projects effectively
- Develop innovative campaigns and initiatives to maximize exposure and engagement with our artists' fanbase.
5. Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
6. Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to achieve collective goals and deliver exceptional results.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience (5 years) in a senior marketing and brand partnership role, preferably within entertainment, music, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for K-pop and the entertainment industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proficient in English (Spoken and Written).
