Understanding Brand, Commercial, and Trade Objectives: Develop a deep understanding of brand strategies, commercial goals, and trade objectives. Gain insights into commercial channels, customer behavior, and outlet dynamics.
Brand and Trade Implementations: Align brand implementation plans with trade strategies across channels, customers, and outlets and rigorous long-term planning with budget allocation for brand sales drivers and commercial execution.
Planning and Strategy Execution: Detailed planning for pending executions, including short-term activities and event planning and actively participate in cycle meetings, amending plans based on market dynamics and strategic changes.
Administration, Budgeting, and Reporting: Conduct detailed planning and budget allocation for all brands by activity and customer segments. Establish clear processes for measuring and reporting against activity KPIs, providing insights for optimization. Track monthly and quarterly budgets, applying commercial diligence in investment decisions.
Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships with commercial teams to conduct business reviews and support planned activities as per company standards.
Implementation and Deployment Management: Manage the implementation, procurement, and maintenance of POS materials, promotional items, and event support. Evaluate and utilize reliable suppliers that meet execution standards and cost-effectiveness. Ensure detailed execution standards for brand POS materials and assets, aligning with brand standards.
Post-Mortem Analysis: Prepare post-mortem analyses of key programs implemented in the channel.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in FMCG industry, preferably with experience working in the retail channel.
Proven experience collaborating with marketing and commercial teams, a strong understanding of brands, content, and value proposition.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute actionable plans.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and market insights.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
A background in trade/customer/channel marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
Fluency in Thai and English is required
Willingness to travel as required.
